Culinary adventure taking in the four villages of the Paznaun Valley

The Culinary Way of Saint James, as this trail is known, is a treat for all the senses. Walkers can enjoy fabulous views at up to 2000 metres above sea level as they make their way between some of the best huts in the region serving food prepared by five award-winning international chefs.

Highlights
In early July the five chefs meet up and serve a selection of dishes they have specially created for the huts along the  Culinary Way of Saint James. The next day there is a celebration at each individual hut to mark the start of the season. The traditional Hut Party in August brings together all five dishes in one hut, giving diners the chance to choose their favourite.
