- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 30 - 7 days before arrival we will charge you 70% of the tour price.
- Within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the tour price
- In case of no-show or early departure 100%.
We will send you all relevant details about the amount of your deposit and the date of payment upon booking.
We accept credit card payments by Visa or MasterCard. Bank transfers should be made to:

Our written confirmation of booking becomes valid only once we have received payment of your deposit.
Your room will be available from 14:00 on the arrival date. Please give us a call if you think you will be arriving after 18:00.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on your departure day.
Children enjoy special discounts if staying in the room of two fully paying parents:
In summer:
- 0 – 5 years: free
- 6 – 8 years: 80% off
- 9 – 11 years: 65% off
- 12 – 14 years: 50% off
- From 15 years: 35% off
In winter:
- 0 – 2 years: free
- 3 – 5 years: 80% off
- 6 – 8 years: 65% off
- 9-11 years: 50% off
- 12-14 years: 35% off
- From 15 years: 20% off
Dogs are welcome in our hotel.
- 20 € per day (without feed)
A booked massage/treatment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. If cancelled within the 24 hours before massage/treatement we will charge 100 %.
