Our cancellation terms have been adjusted as follows:
Winter 2022/23
- Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
- In the event of cancellation within 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the travel price.
- In the event of cancellation within 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 70% of the travel price.
- In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, in the event of early departure 100%.
Summer 2022
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- In the event of cancellation within 30 - 7 days before arrival, we will charge you 70% of the travel price, in the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival 90 % and in the event of early departure 100%.
