The components of fine dining at the Mallaun

Our gourmet breakfast includes a scrumptious selection of breads and pastries from a local bakery, muesli variations with different kinds of yogurt, tasty spreads, assorted cold cuts and cheeses, grilled sausages and traditional smoked ham, as well as freshly prepared egg dishes.
From 15:30 until 17:00 in the afternoon we serve a variety of sweet and savoury snacks.
In addition to three delicious main meals, our five-course dinner includes:
- Starters, salads as well as desserts, fruit and cheeses from the buffet
- One Tyrolean evening every week
- Special dishes for allergy-sufferers (upon request)
- A range of vegetarian dishes
- A special children’s menu
Our special winter highlight is a weekly gala dinner in a festive ambience.
In summer, we host a traditional barbecue night with live music in the marquee.

Balmy summer nights at the Hotel Mallaun call for a special occasion. This is why every week in summer we host our popular barbecue night. Use the day for adventures in the Paznaun Valley and return to your hotel with an appetite for outdoor festivities and alpine treats. Take off your hiking boots and let us meet in the marquee. This is the one night a week when the Mallaun kitchen team trades their stove for the barbecue in our garden, preparing a smoky BBQ feast for our guests and a sweet surprise to round out a perfect holiday in the Tyrolean mountains.
